It is proven earlier that diet containing fish dishes are good for keeping a healthy heart. Omega-3 fatty acids containing in some of the fish are acting as the useful content for the heart health. But American Heart Association clarifies that, all sorts of fish dishes does not contribute to a healthy heart, in fact some proved to be harmful for the health. Lixin Meng, a research student of University of Hawaii conducted this study for
the American Heart Association. It was clear from the study that fish fried in the oil, dried and salted fish doesn’t contain Omega-3 fatty acids. Only baked fish using a microwave oven or cooked fish contain the Omega-3 fatty acids.
